Return Policy

Thank you for choosing RysnFenix for your supplement needs. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your supplement must be unopened, unused, with seals intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Before sending any items back, you must provide images showing the unopened and unused condition of the product for proof. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first receiving approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted and will not be sent back to you.

Starting a Return

To begin the return process, contact us at customerservice@rysnfenix.com with your proof of purchase and images of the item in its original condition. We will review your request and respond with further instructions.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the products immediately. If there’s an issue with a defective item, damage, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used supplements are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.

Please note, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

After receiving your email with the required images and proof of purchase, and once the return is approved and received, we will notify you and process your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
